Gina joined Matthews Southwest in 2013 where she is responsible for seeking ways to enhance communication and support for relationships with our partners.
Gina's career spans thirty years in banking, oversight of operating businesses, and real estate investment. She started her career in corporate banking, spending 18 years at First Chicago Corporation and Banc One Corporation (now both a part of JPMorgan Chase). In 2000 she became the Managing Director in charge of the private operating business portfolio of Crow Holdings, and in 2010 she founded the Lending Division of Stratford Land, an investment fund focused on high growth corridors in the southern U.S., where she was a member of the investment committee.
Gina has served as a Director on the Boards of several private companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations including the Dallas chapter of Financial Executives International where she is a past president, and The State Fair of Texas where she has chaired the Youth Livestock Auction and remains active on the Executive Committee of the Board.
Gina earned a B.B. in 1980 from Western Illinois University and an MBA in 1982 from The University of Texas at Austin where she received a full-year fellowship. She is a CFA charterholder.
