A 535,000 SF distribution centre on 32 acres to serve the GTA and surrounding area. This is the largest real estate investment that Acklands-Grainger has made in Canada in its 120-year history. Matthews Southwest along with its partner, Tribal, purchased the 32 acres on behalf of Acklands-Grainger and served as the development manager of the building.
