Set on the U.S. Air Force Academy Campus just beneath Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains, this impressive hotel will emerge as one of the few state-of-the-art, full-service hotels in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This 375-room hotel will bring a new level of service to the market and is designed as a destination in service of nationally known landmarks. Hotel Polaris will have 26,000 sf of meeting space, a signature restaurant, a fitness and spa facility and a pool & event lawn.

The hotel will be part of TrueNorth Commons, a mixed-use development at the North Entrance of the U.S. Air Force Academy, which will include a Visitor Center and commercial retail and office space.

Matthews Southwest Hospitality is developing the property with owner Provident Group – Falcon Properties. Atlanta-based BLUR Workshop is serving as architect and interior designer and GE Johnson will serve as general contractor. CoralTree Hospitality will manage the hotel.
