Description:

Matthews Southwest, in partnership with City of Dallas and Volunteers of America, is developing The Galbraith, a 217-unit mixed-income multifamily property in Downtown Dallas. The property will contain 51% affordable housing units and 49% market rate units and will feature 12,000 SF of retail space. The property is located next to Matthew Southwest’s redevelopment of the historic Dallas High School building and DART’s Pearl/Arts District rail station. The Galbraith is expected to open Fall 2021.
