The Belleview Apartments is a 164 loft development with one, two, and three bedroom units, located in the South Side neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Dallas. The project is a mixed used, affordable multifamily housing community with 7,500 sf of office and retail space. This property was a finalist in the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 2015 Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Affordable Apartment Community.
