Oaklawn Place will provide 84 units of high quality affordable rental housing for seniors above the age of 55, with a further goal of creating a supportive environment for members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Dallas.

Resource Center of Dallas, a 501(c)3 corporation, is developing the project in partnership with Matthews Southwest and Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Volunteers of America. Spring Valley Construction Company is serving as contractor.
