Audrey Schmeltz joined Matthews Southwest in 2018 as a Senior Analyst. Audrey provides support to both the Matthews Southwest Hospitality team and the Workforce Housing team. As a Senior Analyst, Audrey assists in providing financial forecasting, return analysis, capital/debt sourcing, and underwriting for potential transactions. Audrey also oversees internal reporting for several of Matthews Southwest’s existing assets. Audrey began her career with NorthMarq, she assisted in arranging financing for multifamily, retail, industrial, office and other commercial property types. Transactions included structuring and implementing conventional permanent financing, mezzanine debt and joint ventures. Audrey received her Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics, from the University of Texas at Austin. She is actively involved in The Real Estate Council and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
